What are the details of my account transfer?
In the transfer of servicing letter we mailed you, you’ll find all the information you need regarding the transfer of servicing of your LendingClub Bank account.
Will my account number change?
Yes, you will receive an account statement that will include your Santander Consumer USA account number. In the meantime, you can also access your new account number by registering for MyAccount at https://myaccount.santanderconsumerusa.com/Home/SignIn using your social security number. If you’d like to speak with an agent regarding your account or to obtain your new account number, you can also call us at (888) 222-4227 , Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. CT, or Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT, to be connected with a Santander Consumer USA associate. How can I view my account details?
Beginning on September 10, 2023, you can register for MyAccount at https://myaccount.santanderconsumerusa.com/Home/SignIn to view your account details. Additionally, beginning on September 10, 2023, you can call us at (888) 222-4227 , Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. CT, or Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT, to be connected with a Santander Consumer USA associate. I have automatic payments set up. Will this carry over to my new account?
In some cases, yes. Please refer to the transfer of servicing letter we sent you to determine if your automatic payments transferred and for more information. Our Customer Service agents will also be available beginning on September 11, 2023, to confirm whether your automatic payments transferred. Once you have registered for MyAccount, you will also see the option “Manage Auto Pay” if your automatic payments transferred. If not, you will have the opportunity to “Set Up Auto Pay” on the MyAccount home page.
I currently use an online bill pay service. Do I need to cancel it?
Yes, you will need to edit or delete your prior servicer’s profile for payments due on or after September 9, 2023. You will need the following information to edit or create a Santander Consumer USA recipient profile: Payee Name (Santander Consumer USA); Your Santander Consumer USA account number; and Payee Address (P.O. Box 660633, Dallas, TX 75266-0633).
I recently sent a payment to LendingClub Bank. Will Santander Consumer USA receive and/or process my payment?
Payments received by LendingClub Bank during the servicing transition will be forwarded to Santander Consumer USA for processing, which may delay posting by a few days but your payment will be effective as of the date LendingClub Bank received the payment.
How do I set up automatic payments?
If you wish to enroll in Santander Consumer USA’s free automatic draft program, known as Auto Pay, you can do so on our online account system at https://myaccount.santanderconsumerusa.com/Home/SignIn, by selecting “Set Up Auto Pay” on the MyAccount home page.

How do I enroll in Paperless Statements?
If you wish to enroll in paperless statements, please log into your MyAccount once registered and select the “Go Paperless” button. It will direct you to your “Statement Preferences” where you can choose “Electronic” and then click save.
