  • We currently work exclusively with franchise dealerships. We are unable to partner with independent dealerships at this time.

  • We are an industry leader in special finance, and have expanded our program to offer competitive full spectrum pricing.

  • If you are already a dealer partner with Santander Consumer USA, your Dealer Relationship Manager can assist you with username and/or password recovery.

  • We have a results-proven direct mail program that can help drive traffic to your dealership as well as our Roadloans lead platform. For pricing and more information please contact your Dealer Relationship Manager.

  • Our credit department is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. CT Monday- Saturday and all holidays except for Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. We do offer extended hours as needed. In addition to contacting a credit analyst, dealers can work deals on our rehash tool 24 hours a day.

  • The best way to reach your credit analyst is to email them via the contact information on your application call-back and include the application ID number and your question. In addition, dealers can send comments through Dealertrack, RouteOne or the Extranet when in a specific application.

  • In addition to some of the common portals like Dealertrack and RouteOne, you can check the Dealer Extranet for information on the status of your deals.

  • Fast funding is a priority at Santander Consumer USA. To avoid funding delays, please ensure that all funding packages are complete (including all required documents), legible, accurate and verifiable. If you have any concerns regarding a specific deal, please contact funding at 800-877-4696 or funding@SantanderConsumerUSAconsumerusa.com. You can also check the status of your deals and upload stips to the Extranet for faster funding.
