Hotel
We will make your hotel reservation based off the information provided below. The room charges, taxes and parking (if applicable) will go to the master account. You will need to put your personal credit card down for any hotel incidentals. The hotel will guarantee our rate of $309/night (plus resort fee & tax) for 3 days pre/post our event for those who would like to extend and charges will be at own expense.

Event Participation, Release & Indemnification Agreement (the agreement):
I, the undersigned, have elected to participate in the Orlando 2025 National Sales Meeting (the event) offered by Santander Consumer USA (SC). By clicking the “I agree” box below, I indicate that I understand, acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. SC is offering the Event and will provide me with the rules governing my participation in the Event.
  2. SC makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Event.
  3. My participation in the Event, as well as in all related activities pertaining to such participation is completely voluntary.
  4. SC may refuse admission at any moment to the Event or any activities related to the Event prior to or during the Event to me or any other person that SC or its agents deem a hazard to themselves or to other third parties.
  5. SC may alter the location, time and date of the Event and for the use of its property at any time and for any reasons, which will be communicated to me via phone or email. SC shall bear no responsibility for any inconvenience caused by such changes or for my checking the messages on my phone or email, which shall be my responsibility.
  6. There may be risks of injuries and death associated with the Event and I voluntarily assume the risks of illness, injury and death associated with these activities, inherent and otherwise, and whether or not described above, including those which may result from the negligent acts or omissions of other participants or staff.
  7. I hereby release SC, its affiliates, employees, agents, officers and directors, from any and all liability related to the Event including, without limitation: (i) any and all loss, injuries, or damage arising from my participation in the Event; and/or (ii) any loss, accident, death, or illness experienced in connection with my participation in the Event.
  8. I will take full responsibility for my conduct during my participation in the Event, and I agree to immediately cease my participation in the Event upon notification by SC.
  9. I hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold SC, its affiliates, employees, agents, officers and directors, harmless and release them from any claims, liabilities, damages, punitive damages, penalties, fines and expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorneys fees and other legal costs) arising out of or related to my participation in the Event.
  10. SC reserves the right to use video or other photographic images of me related to the Event for any purpose, whether educational, for marketing or any other, now or in the future, and I hereby consent to such use, without any compensation.
  11. The laws of the State of Texas shall govern this Agreement, regardless of its conflicts of law principles, and that the courts with jurisdiction in Dallas County shall have jurisdiction in any dispute that may arise between me and SC.
  12. Should any part of this Agreement be judged, illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, all remaining provisions not so judged shall remain unaffected, and this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
  13. Any and all materials related to this Event, whether printed or produced in any other support may be released by SC for public viewing.
  14. In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to this Agreement or the breach thereof, the Parties agree to initiate binding arbitration pursuant to the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association (the “Rules”) in effect at the time any arbitration proceeding is commenced, which Rules are hereby incorporated by reference hereto and made a part of this Agreement.
  15. Participants must be at least 21 years old.
