Auto Pay is fast, easy and FREE.
Sign up for Auto Pay and your monthly payments will be automatically deducted from your personal checking or savings account and credited to your account on the payment due date. Please note, your account must not be past due on payments to be eligible for the Auto Pay program.
Once your Auto Pay enrollment has been accepted, your account will be updated to reflect Auto Pay participation in approximately five to seven business days. Auto Pay enrollment will remain in effect until canceled. Refer to your authorization enrollment disclosures for all instances in which Auto Pay may be canceled.

Call our automated system at (888) 222-4227 to make a free payment using your checking or savings bank account. Make sure you have your Santander Consumer USA account number and your checking or savings bank account information ready when you call. Paying with a checking or savings bank account is free, but a fee of $3.28 will apply to debit card payments made by the automated phone system or with a live agent.*
These payments are effective on the day that the payment is made, though it is common for a bank to take 24 to 48 hours to withdraw the funds. Please make sure that any funds you commit to paying remain in your checking or savings bank account until the transaction has been completed.

Pay by Mail
If you wish to pay with a personal check, cashier’s check or money order via regular mail, please make the payment payable to Santander Consumer USA and send it to the address listed on the pay stub attached to the bottom of your monthly statement.
We accept mailed money orders, cashier’s checks and personal checks. We do not accept credit cards, third-party checks, title-stipulated drafts, checks with restrictive endorsement, checks issued by a foreign bank or cash if received by mail.
Your monthly statement includes a payment stub complete with correct mail-to address, amount due and your account information. For prompt and accurate processing of your payment, please make your payment payable to Santander Consumer USA, write your 7-digit account number on your check and return it with your payment stub in the envelope provided with your statement.
Please note that it takes seven to ten business days for a payment to process via mail. For this reason, it is inadvisable to send a late payment via regular mail. If your payment due date is fast approaching, or a holiday or weekend is near, you may want to consider one of the alternate payment options provided.
All mailed payments, including overnight and certified payments, generally post to your account within three business days after the payment is received.

Use MoneyGram® ExpressPayment® service to make your payment at approximately 33,000 MoneyGram agent locations nationwide including Walmart and CVS Pharmacy. MoneyGram may charge a fee* for all retail locations.

For FormFree® locations such as CVS Pharmacy, please follow these steps:
- Locate the MoneyGram kiosk or phone and follow the instructions provided.
- When prompted for the transaction type, select Pay A Bill from the menu list.
- Enter your telephone number.
- You will be instructed to confirm your telephone number, name, address, account number, the amount of your payment and the receive code of the recipient (Santander Consumer USA receive code is 1544).
- You will receive key information which you will want to write down.
- Take all key information to the cashier at the retail location. The cashier will collect the cash and the MoneyGram fee and complete the payment.

CheckFreePay
When time is of the essence, Santander Consumer USA accepts payment through CheckFreePay, the largest processor of walk-in bill payments in the United States.
The service enables customers to walk into any one of nearly 25,000 retail locations nationwide to make their monthly car payment the same day (depending on when payment is made), next day or within three days. All you need to do is take the bottom portion of your statement and cash payment to the nearest CheckFreePay location where they will process your payment. CheckFreePay may charge a fee* at retail locations. For your convenience, the CheckFreePay service is located in large retailers, convenience stores and grocery stores.

When your account is past due, if applicable, late fees may be assessed to your account in accordance with your contract and state law. You may also accrue additional interest since interest accrues on a daily basis.
