Santander is required to forgive balances on certain accounts that met the eligibility criteria included in the settlement agreements. SC has processed some, but not all, of these balance waivers. If SC has processed a balance waiver on your account, it should be reflected on your account. If you are among the population of accounts that is eligible for a balance waiver and it has not yet been processed, you will receive a letter from Santander indicating that you have received relief. SC will notify customers if they are provided with balance waivers as required under the settlement agreements.
