All payments, whether personal checks, electronic payments or checks by phone may be submitted more than once. A return fee may be assessed to your account as provided for and in an amount consistent with your contract and applicable state and federal laws. If the payment is returned a second time, the payment is reversed from your account and you will need to submit a replacement payment.
