I tried signing up for MyAccount, but it didn’t recognize my account number. How can I pay online?

If you are unable to sign in at MyAccount using your new Santander Consumer USA account number, please contact us via telephone so that we may assist you. Please call us at 888.222.4227, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. CT, or Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT, and let us know you are a Gateway One customer trying to access MyAccount.
