I am getting a message indicating that “account was not created” when I attempt to set up my account?

Verify that the Social Security number and birth date information entered are correct. All account holders need to use a unique email address to set up an account online. For example, if your spouse has an online account already set up with Santander Consumer using xyz@yahoo.com, then you will not be able to use that email address to set up a new online account.
