AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF IMAGE, VOICE AND/OR LIKENESS (“AUTHORIZATION”)

I hereby irrevocably grant to Santander Consumer USA Inc. and its affiliates, and their respective licensees, designees and assignees (collectively “SC”) my permission:

1. to record my image or visual likeness, my name or my voice (collectively or separately “My Likeness”) by film, video, audio, digital and/or any other media and
2. touse, edit, publish, copyright and reproduce My Likeness in any manner or form, in any medium whether now known or developed in the future, including, but not limited to print publications, social media posts, broadcasts and/or web content (collectively or separately “the Material”), for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to promotion, merchandising, publicity and advertising.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the Material or any printed or electronic matter that may be used with the Material, or to be compensated.

I understand that all rights in and to the Material, including the negatives, out-takes, sounds and the images contained therein, shall be SC’s sole and absolute property.

I hereby release SC from, and covenant not to sue SC for, any claim or cause of action, whether known or unknown, for libel, slander, invasion of right of privacy, publicity or personality or any other claim or cause of action, based upon or relating to the use of the Material in accordance with applicable law, or the exercise of any of the rights as described herein.

I understand that SC cannot warrant or guarantee that any further dissemination of the Material be subject to SC supervision or control. Accordingly, I release SC from any and all liability related to the dissemination, reproduction, distribution and/or display of the Material in print or any and all other media, and any such alteration, distortion or illusionary effect of the Material, whether intentional or otherwise, in connection with said use.

This Authorization will be governed by, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without reference to its conflicts of law principles.
